Saturday, October 24, 2020 - Daily Weather Discussion


Chance of a little light rain/showers/sprinkles through Wednesday and then a chance of rain Thursday and Friday…


This afternoon and evening will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or sprinkle, as a cold front passes through our area. Highs will range from the upper 50’s to low 60’s in Northeastern PA to the upper 60’s to low 70’s in Central NJ.


Tomorrow, clouds will increase with light rain developing in the afternoon and evening as a disturbance approaches from the Southeastern United States. Highs will be only in the low to mid 50’s.


Monday will be mostly cloudy with a chance of light rain or sprinkles as the disturbance passes through our area. Highs will range from the mid 50’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 60’s in Central NJ.


Tuesday and Wednesday will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a sprinkle or shower as a stationary front develops near our area. Highs will range from the upper 40’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 50’s in Central NJ, NYC, and on Long Island Tuesday and will be in the low 50’s in Northeastern PA to the upper 50’s in Central NJ Wednesday. 


Thursday and Friday, there will be a chance of rain, ending at night, as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will range from the low 50’s in Northeastern PA to the low 60’s in Central NJ Thursday and from the mid 40’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 50’s in Central NJ, NYC, and on Long Island Friday.


Next Saturday, October 31st, there will be a chance of showers ending in the morning, followed by clearing as the disturbance departs our area. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to low 50’s.


Next Sunday, November 1st, will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower on Long Island as a disturbance may develop well off the coast. Highs will range from the low 50’s in Northeastern PA to the upper 50’s in Central NJ.


Next Monday, November 2nd, through next Thursday, November 5th, are then looking nice with highs ranging from the upper 40’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 50’s in Central NJ, NYC, and on Long Island next Monday, and the low to mid 50’s next Wednesday and Thursday.


Next Friday, November 6th, is then looking variably cloudy with a chance of a shower at night as a disturbance approaches our area. Highs will be in the low to mid 50’s.
