Thursday, November 19, 2020 - Daily Weather Discussion


Cool today, but warmer tomorrow and Saturday, with showers developing Sunday night and into Monday morning…


It will be nice but cool today with highs in the 40’s.


Tomorrow will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or sprinkle as a warm front passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid to upper 50’s.


Saturday will be variably cloudy with highs from the low to mid 50’s in Northeastern PA to the low 60’s in Central NJ.


Sunday will be variably cloudy with a chance of showers developing at night as a cold front and disturbance approach from the west. Highs will be range from the low 40’s in Northeastern PA to the low to mid 50’s in East Central NJ.


Monday there will be a chance of showers in the morning, followed by clearing as the cold front passes through our area. Highs will range from the mid 40’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 50’s in Central NJ, NYC, and on Long Island.


Tuesday and Wednesday will be variably cloudy with highs in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s Tuesday, and from the low 40’s in Northeastern PA to the low 50’s in East Central NJ and on Long Island Wednesday.


Thanksgiving will be variably cloudy with a chance of a showers as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the 50’s.


Black Friday is then looking variably cloudy, but very warm for late November, with highs in the mid 50’s to low 60’s.


Next Saturday, November 28th, there will be a chance of showers as a cold front passes through our area. Highs will be in the 50’s.


Next Sunday, November 29th,  through next Tuesday, December 1st, are then looking variably cloudy with highs ranging from the  low 40’s in Northeastern PA to the low 50’s in Central NJ, NYC, and on Long Island next Sunday, the 40’s next Monday, and the upper 30’s to mid 40’s next Tuesday.


Next Wednesday, December 2nd, there will be a chance of rain or snow as a disturbance may develop near the Middle Atlantic Coast. Highs will be  in the low to mid 40’s or colder, depending on the details in the development of this potential disturbance.
