Thursday, January 14, 2021 - Daily Weather Discussion


Warmer today, rain developing tomorrow night, ending Saturday morning, some flurries and maybe a snow shower Sunday through Wednesday, and then a chance of snow developing next Thursday into Friday morning…


Today will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or sprinkle in Northeastern PA as a very weak disturbance passes north of our area. Highs will be in the mid to upper 40’s.


Tomorrow, clouds will increase with rain developing at night, except a mixture of rain and snow possible in Northeastern PA as a disturbance and cold front approach our area. Highs will be in the upper 30’s and 40’s.


Saturday, rain and a mixture of rain and snow in Northeastern PA will end in the morning, followed by variably cloudy skies, as the cold front clears our area. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.


Sunday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a flurry. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.


Monday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a snow shower or flurry. Highs will be in the 30’s.


Tuesday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a flurry. Highs will be in the 30’s.


Wednesday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a flurry. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to low 40’s.


Next Thursday, January 21st, clouds will increase with a chance of snow developing as a disturbance develops in the Southeastern United States and then pushes northeastward. Highs will be in the upper 20’s to mid 30’s.


Next Friday, January 22nd, there will be a chance of snow ending in the morning, then it will be variably cloudy with highs in the 30’s.


Next Saturday, January 23rd, through next Wednesday, January 27th, are then looking nice with highs in the upper 20’s to mid 30’s next Saturday, and the mid 20’s to mid 30’s next Sunday through Wednesday.
