More rain on the way today and has spring arrived?
Another disturbance is approach9ng our area today and will cause rain to develop in the late morning into the early afternoon from west to east. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.
Tomorrow the rain will end in the morning and early afternoon from west to east as the disturbance departs our area and then it will be variably cloudy with a chance of a flurry at night, and it will become windy at night, with gusts up to 45 mph possible, as a cold front passes through our area. Highs will be in the 40’s to low 50’s.
Tuesday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a flurry in the morning. It will be windy in the morning with gusts up to 45 mph possible. It will be colder behind the cold front with highs in the mid 20’s to mid 30’s.
It currently appears that we may then have an extended period of nice weather as a couple of storms that appeared last week as if they might threaten our area are now looking as if they will miss us well to the south and east. I will continue to keep on eye on these disturbances but for now it looks nice from Wednesday through the following Friday, March 12th, with highs in the mid 40’s to low 50’s Wednesday, dropping to the mid 30’s to mid 40’s Friday, the 30’a to low 40’s Saturday, the mdi 30’s to mid 40’s next Sunday, the 40’s next Monday, the mid 40’s to mid 50’s next Tuesday, and the upper 40’s to mid 50’s next Wednesday through Friday.
Next Saturday, March 13th is then looking variably cloudy with a chance of a shower as a disturbance may pass through our area. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to low 50’s.
Have a fantastic day!
