A much needed break from the winter weather ahead…
The storm yesterday went largely as I expected, albeit with slightly lower high-end accumulation, especially in East Central PA, but even still most people did get within the ranges I forecast.

Today will be variably cloudy with a chance of a rain or snow shower with up to an inch of snow accumulation possible in Northeastern PA and a coating possible in Northwestern NJ, Southeastern NY State, and Fairfield County, CT. Highs will be in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s.
Tomorrow will be variably cloudy with a chance of a flurry or sprinkle at night as a cold front passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to low 50’s.
Thursday and Friday will be variably cloudy with highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.
Saturday there will be a chance of light rain in the morning, possibly starting as snow or sleet in East Central and Northeastern PA, Northwestern NJ, and Orange County, NY, as a warm front passes through our area. Highs will be in the 40’s to low 50’s.
Sunday will be variably cloudy with highs in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s.
Monday and next Tuesday, March 2nd, there will be a chance of rain with highs in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s Monday and the 40’s next Tuesday.
Next Wednesday, March 3rd, through next Monday, March 8th, are currently looking nice with highs in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s next Wednesday, the 40’s next Thursday, the mid 30’s to mid 40’s next Friday, the mid 30’s to low 40’s next Saturday, the upper 30’s to mid 40’s next Sunday, and the mid 40’s to low 50’s next Monday.
