Two disturbances to affect our area this week…
Today will be variably cloudy with a chance of a sprinkle or flurry this afternoon or evening as a cold front passes through our area. Highs will be in the 40’s to low 50’s.
Tomorrow will be mostly sunny but much cooler with highs in the 30’s.
Tuesday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a sprinkle or flurry during the day and then light ran and light snow will develop at night as a weak disturbance approaches from the west. Highs will be in the mid to upper 30’s.
Wednesday the light rain and light snow will end in the morning, followed by clearing, as the disturbance departs our area. Any snowfall could accumulate a trace to inch, with slightly higher accumulations possible in Northeastern PA, far Northwestern NJ, and in Orange County, NY. Highs will be in the mid 40’s.
Thursday, rain will develop in the morning as a stronger disturbance approaches from the west. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to low 50’s.
Friday there will be rain, possibly mixing with or changing to snow, then ending in the late afternoon and evening from northwest to southeast as some colder air filters into our area as the disturbance departs. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to low 40’s.
Saturday through next Thursday, March 25th, are then looking nice with highs gradually rising from the mid to upper 40’s Saturday, to the upper 40’s to mid 50’s next Sunday, the 50’s next Monday, and the mid 50’s to low 60’s next Tuesday through Thursday.
Next Friday, March 26th, clouds will increase with a chance of rain developing as a disturbance approaches our area. Highs will be in the 50’s to low 60’s.
Next Saturday, March 27th, there will be a chance of a shower in the morning, followed by clearing. Highs will be in the 50’s.
