Wednesday, March 24, 2021 - Daily Weather Discussion


Heavy rain later today, 70’s in many places tomorrow and Friday, but with some showers Friday morning, and then cooler for the weekend with more rain Sunday…


Rain will develop this morning and afternoon from west to east, becoming heavy at times as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the low to mid 50’s.


Tomorrow will be variably cloudy with highs ranging from the low to mid 60’s along the coast and on Long Island, to the low to mid 70’s inland.


Friday, rain will be likely in the morning, then it will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower in the afternoon, as a cold front approaches from the west. Highs will range from the mid to upper 60’s on Long Island, to the upper 60’s to low 70’s in Northeastern PA and the mid to upper 70’s elsewhere.


Saturday will then be mostly sunny and cooler with highs in the mid 50’s to mid 60’s.


Sunday there will be a chance of rain as a cold front passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 50’s to mid 60’s.


Monday and Tuesday are then looking nice, but starting out cool, with highs in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s Monday, rising to the 50’s Tuesday.


Next Wednesday, March 31st, there will be a chance of rain as a cold front passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 50’s to low 60’s.


Next Thursday, April 1st, through next Tuesday, April 6th are currently looking nice, but starting out cool, with highs in the mid 40’s to low 50’s next Thursday and the upper 30’s to mid 40’s next  Friday, then gradually rising to the mid 40’s to low 50’s next Saturday, the mid to upper 50’s next Sunday, and the upper 50’s to mid 60’s next Monday and Tuesday.
