The rain will end by early tomorrow morning and then things could get really interesting Thursday as the Polar Vortex is going to drop down through Canada and through our area Thursday. This will form a Nor’easter off the NJ Coast and could cause the rain to change to snow in Northeastern PA, Northwestern NJ, Southeastern NY State, and Fairfield County, CT, Thursday afternoon and night. The snow could accumulate in all of these areas if it comes down hard enough, and it might, especially in Northeastern PA, where significant snowfall accumulations are a possibility.
More this afternoon or evening…
