Summer-like weather in May…
Today and tomorrow will be mostly sunny and quite warm with highs today from the upper 60’s to low 70’s on Long Island to the mid to upper 80’s in East Central PA and West Central NJ and from the low 80’s on Long Island to the low 90’s in West Central NJ tomorrow.
Sunday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm as a cold front approaches our area. Highs will be in the 80’s to low 90’s.
Monday will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm. It will be cooler behind the cold front with highs in the 60’s.
Tuesday will be variably cloudy with highs in the 70’s.
Wednesday through the following Thursday, June 3rd, are currently looking variably cloudy with at least a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm each day. The best chance of showers or thunderstorms is currently looking to be next Monday, May 31st. Highs will be in the mid 80’s to mid 90’s Wednesday, dropping to the upper 70’s and 80’s Thursday, the 70’s next Friday, the low to mid 70’s next Saturday, then rising again to the 70’s next Sunday and Monday, and the mid 70’s to low to mid 80’s next Tuesday through Thursday.
