Chance for showers or thunderstorms returning and then a nice weekend but getting hot…
The chance for showers or thunderstorms will return today with a chance of an afternoon or night time shower or thunderstorm, especially in Northeastern PA and Southeastern NY State as a disturbance approaches from the west. Highs will be in the upper 60’s to mid 70s.
Tomorrow will be mostly cloudy with showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Some of the rain could be heavy and some of the storms could be severe. Highs will be in the upper 60’s to mid 70’s.
Friday will be mostly cloudy with showers and possibly a thunderstorm in the morning, then it will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or sprinkle in the afternoon, and then it will clear out as the disturbance finally departs our area. Highs will be in the 70’s.
Saturday will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of an afternoon or evening shower, thunderstorm, or sprinkle. Highs will be in the upper 70’s to mid 80’s.
Sunday through next Wednesday, June 9th, are then looking nice, but hot, with highs in the mid 80’s to low 90’s.
Next Thursday, June 10th, will be variably cloudy with a chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the 80’s.
Next Friday, June 11th and next Saturday, June 12th, there is a good chance for showers or thunderstorms as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the upper 70’s to mid 80’s next Friday, dropping to the mid 70’s to low 80’s next Saturday.
Next Sunday, June 13th, will continue to be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the mid 70’s to low 80’s.
Next Monday, June 14th, and next Tuesday, June 15th, will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the mid 70’s to low 80’s.
