A decent day today and then, as for the weekend, well….

Tomorrow will be variably cloudy with a chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm in Northeastern PA, Southeastern NY State, and Fairfield County, CT, and a slight chance elsewhere, as a cold front approaches from the west. Highs will be in the mid 80’s to low 90’s.
Saturday and Sunday will then be mostly cloudy with showers and thunderstorms likely, especially in the afternoon and evening on Saturday and they could be heavy at times on Sunday as the cold front continues to approach from the west and then passes through Sunday night. Highs will be in the 80’s to low 90’s Saturday, dropping to the upper 70’s to mid 80’s Sunday.
Monday through Wednesday will be variably cloudy with a continued chance of a shower or thunderstorm each day as a disturbance passes to our north and a weak cold front approaches from the west and then passes through our area. Highs will be in the upper 70’s to mid 80’s.
Next Thursday, July 22nd, through next Wednesday, July 28th, are then looking nice behind the cold front with highs in the mid 70’s to mid 80’s next Thursday, the mid 70’s to low 80’s next Friday and Saturday, the upper 70’s to mid 80’s next Sunday, the 80’s next Monday, and the upper 70’s to mid 80’s next Tuesday and Wednesday.
