Strong showers and thunderstorms ending tonight, a slight chance in parts of our area tomorrow, a nice Saturday, and then returning Sunday…
The strong showers and thunderstorms that brought at least one tornado to parts of our area this evening, with what will likely turn out to have been a strong tornado in Eastern Bucks County, PA, and possibly into Southern Hunterdon and Northern Mercer County, NJ, will eventually end, but there are likely still some tornadoes developing in Central NJ.
Tomorrow will be a much quieter day, with just a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm in Northeastern PA and Southeastern NY State. Highs will be in the mid 70’s to mid 80’s.
Saturday will then be mostly sunny with highs in the 70’s to low 80’s.
Sunday will be variably with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm as a disturbance passes near our area. Highs will be in the mid 70’s to low 80’s.
Monday will then be mostly sunny with highs in the mid 70’s to mid 80’s.
Tuesday will then be mostly cloudy with showers or thunderstorms likely as another disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid to upper 70’s.
Wednesday and next Thursday, August 5th, will then be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the mid 70’s to low 80’s Wednesday and the mid to upper 70’s next Thursday.
Next Friday, August 6th, will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the mid 70’s to low 80’s.
Next Saturday, August 7th, through next Wednesday, August 11th, are then looking variably cloudy with a chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm each day. Highs will be in the upper 70’s to mid 80’s.
