More severe thunderstorms possible tomorrow night…


Today will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm. Highs will range from the mid 70’s in Fairfield County, CT, and on Eastern Long Island, to the mid 80’s in inland Central NJ.


Tomorrow will be variably cloudy with a chance of late afternoon or nighttime showers or thunderstorms as a cold front approaches from the west. Highs will be in the upper 70’s on Long Island and the 80’s elsewhere.


Thursday will be mostly cloudy with showers or thunderstorms likely as the cold front very slowly passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid to upper 70’s.


Friday will be mostly cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm as the cold front passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid to upper 70’s.


Saturday will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the mid 70’s to low 80’s.


Sunday through next Monday, September 27th are currently looking nice and potentially dry with highs gradually dropping from the upper 70’s to low 70’s Sunday and the upper 70’s to mid 80’s Monday, to the mid 70’s to low 80’s next Tuesday, the 70’s next Wednesday and Thursday, the upper 60’s to mdi 70’s next Friday through Sunday, and the mid 60’s to mid 70’s next Monday.
