Showers and possibly a thunderstorm today, and the rain could be heavy at times in some locations…
A cold front is approaching our area and will pass through tonight, bringing showers and possibly a thunderstorm that could be heavy at times. Highs will range from the mid to upper 60’s in far Northeastern PA, Orange and Putnam Counties in NY State, and in Fairfield County, CT, to the upper 70’s to low 80’s in Central NJ.
Tomorrow through Friday will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm each day. Highs will be in the mid 60’s to low 70’s tomorrow and Wednesday and in the low to mid 70’s Thursday and Friday.
Saturday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm as a disturbance may develop in the Southeastern United States and then move northeastward towards our area. Highs will be in the 60’s.
Sunday, showers or thunderstorms will be likely, and they could be heavy at times, as the disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 60’s to low 70’s.
Next Monday, October 11th, will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm in the morning, ending in the afternoon and evening from west to east as the disturbance departs our area. Highs will be in the low to mid 70’s.
Next Tuesday, October 12th, through next Sunday, October 17th, are currently looking nice with highs gradually dropping from the low to mid 70’s next Tuesday and Wednesday, to the upper 60’s to mid 70’s next Thursday, the upper 60’s to low 70’s next Friday, the mid 60’s to low 70’s next Saturday, and the mid to upper 60’s next Sunday.
