Monday, November 29, 2021 - Daily Weather Discussion


A little more snow possible tomorrow and then looking generally unsettled for at least the next 10 days or so…


Today will be variably cloudy with a  chance of a flurry. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to low 40’s.


Tomorrow will be variably cloudy with a chance of a snow shower in the morning and afternoon as a weak disturbance passes through our area. Highs will range from the  low 30’s in Northeastern PA to the low 40’s along the NJ Coast and on Long Island.


Total possible snowfall accumulation:

 

Trace possible:  East Central NJ, NYC, and Long Island

 

Trace to a coating possible:  West Central and Northeastern NJ, Southeastern NY State, and Fairfield County, CT

 

Trace to a half inch possible:  Northwestern NJ

 

Coating to an inch possible:  East Central and Northeastern PA



Wednesday will then be variably cloudy with highs in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s.


Thursday there will be a chance of rain showers early in the morning, and possibly some snow showers in Northeastern PA, far Northwestern NJ, and in Orange County, NY, followed by clearing as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s.


Friday will be variably cloudy with a chance of rain showers at night, and possibly some snow showers in Northeastern PA and Southeastern NY State as a disturbance approaches our area. Highs will range from the upper 30’s in Northeastern PA to the upper 40’s along the NJ Coast.


Saturday there will be rain and snow showers ending in the morning, followed by clearing, as the disturbance departs our area. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.


Sunday will then be variably cloudy and cold, with highs in the 30’s.


Next Monday, December 6th, there will be a chance of rain or snow as another disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the  mid 30’s to mid 40’s.


Next Tuesday, December 7th, is looking variably cloudy with highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.


Next Wednesday, December 8th, there will be a chance of rain as another disturbance passes through our area.  Highs will be in the 40’s to low 50’s.


Next Thursday, December 9th, through next Sunday, December 12th, are currently looking nice with highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s next Thursday and Friday, rising to the upper 30’s to mid 40’s next Saturday and the upper 30’s to mid 40’s next Sunday.
