Saturday, December 18, ,2021 - Daily Weather Discussion


Light rain and drizzle ending tomorrow morning and then colder next week but looking good until Christmas Day when there will be a chance for some rain showers…


The light rain and drizzle will end tomorrow morning as a cold front passes through our area. Highs today will range from the mid to upper 30’s in Northeastern PA, and Orange and Putnam Counties in NY State, to the low 50’s along the NJ Coast and from the low 30’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 40’s along the NJ Coast tomorrow.


Monday and Tuesday will be nice with highs in the mid 30’s Monday and the mid 30’s to mid 40’s Tuesday.


Wednesday will be variably cloudy with a chance of some rain or snow on Eastern Long Island as a disturbance passes to our south and east. Highs will range from the upper 30’s in Northeastern PA to the upper 40’s along the NJ Coast.


Thursday and Christmas Eve will then be nice with highs in the mdi to upper 30’s Thursday to the low to mid 40’s Christmas Eve. 


Christmas Day Will be variably cloudy with a chance of some showers, especially in the afternoon, as a weak disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s.


Next Sunday, December 26th and next Monday, December 27th, will then be nice with highs in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s next Sunday and the mid 30’s to mid 40’s next Monday.


Next Tuesday, December 28th, will be variably cloudy with a chance of a rain or snow shower as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.


Next Wednesday, December 29th, through New Year’s Eve are currently looking nice with highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s next Wednesday and the mid 30’s to low 40’s next Thursday and Friday.
