Tuesday, December 28, 20212 - Daily Weather Discussion


Unsettled over the next two weeks, but unseasonably warm through New Year’s Day, with highs possibly reaching the mid 60’s in parts of our area New Year’s Day…


Clouds will increase today with rain developing at night as a disturbance approaches from the west. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to low 50’s.


Tomorrow, the rain will end early in the morning, followed by clearing, as the disturbance departs our area. Highs will be in the 40’s, with some low 50’s in Central NJ.


Thursday will be variably cloudy with a chance of light rain or showers at night as another disturbance approaches our area. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to low 50’s.


New Year’s Eve, clouds will increase late in the day with highs in the mid 40’s to low 50’s.


New Year’s Day, rain will be likely in the morning, with some clearing possible in the afternoon and evening as another disturbance passes through our area. It will be incredibly warm on New Year’s Day with highs in the mid 50’s to mid 60’s.


Sunday there will be a chance of rain in the morning, as a cold front passes through our area. It will be colder behind the front with highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.


Monday through next Wednesday, January 5th, will then be nice with highs gradually rising from the low to mid 30’s Monday to the mid 30’s to mid 40’s next Tuesday, and the 40’s next Wednesday.


Next Thursday, January 6th, will be mostly cloudy with a chance of a shower in the morning, then a chance of rain or snow developing at night as a disturbance approaches our area. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to low 50’s.


Next Friday, January 9th, there will be a chance of snow ending early in the morning, followed by clearing. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.


Next Saturday, January 10th, through next Monday, January 11th, are currently looking nice with highs mainly in the 30’s.
