A bit of snow likely in our area today, nice tomorrow and Friday, a rainy, but warm Saturday, and then October-like weather in mid-December…
Today will be cloudy with a chance of flurries, snow showers, or light snow. A trace to a coating of accumulation is possible, except up to an inch possible in Northeastern PA and Southern NJ, as two weak disturbances pass through our area, one to our north, and one to our south. Highs will be in the mdi to upper 30’s, except the low 40’s on Long Island.
Tomorrow and Friday will be variably cloudy with highs rising from the 30’s tomorrow, to the 40’s Friday.
Saturday will be cloudy, with a chance of showers during the day, and then rain will be likely at night, ending late at night, as a cold front approaches our area during the day, and then passes through our area at night. It will be warm with the southerly winds ahead of the cold front, with highs reaching the upper 50’s to mid 60’s.
Then we may be in for an extended period of nice and October-like weather in mid-December from Sunday through the following Monday, December 20th, with highs in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s Sunday, the mid 40’s to low 50’s Monday, the mid to upper 40’s Tuesday, the mid 40’s to low 50’s next Wednesday, the low to mid 50’s next Thursday, the 50’s next Friday, the mid 40’s to low 50’s next Saturday, the mid 30’s to mid 40’s next Sunday, and the upper 30’s to mid 40’s next Monday.
Next Tuesday, December 21st, is then looking variably cloudy with a chance of a shower as a disturbance may pass through our area. Highs will be in the 40’s to low 50’s.
