FRIDAY – rain ending in the early afternoon and evening from northwest to southeast, possibly changing to snow, sleet, and freezing rain in the morning, in East Central and Northeastern PA, Northern NJ, NYC, Southeastern NY State, Western Long Island, and in Fairfield County, CT, lows from the mid to upper 20’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 30’s in Central NJ, and on Long Island, highs in the morning ranging from around 30 in Northeastern PA to the upper 40’s in East Central NJ, then dropping
