Gradual warming through Thursday, then showers or thunderstorms moving in Friday afternoon or evening…
The rest of today will be mostly cloudy with highs in the upper 70’s to mid 80’s.
Tomorrow through Thursday will then be pretty nice, with just a slight chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm tomorrow. Highs will gradually rise from the mid 80’s to low 90’s tomorrow, to the mid 80’s to mid 90’s Wednesday, and the upper 80’s along the coast and on Long island and the 90’s inland Thursday.
Friday, clouds will increase in the morning, with showers or thunderstorms likely in the afternoon or evening as a cold front slowly approaches from the west. Highs will be in the mid 80’s to mid 90’s.
Saturday through next Wednesday, August 10th, are currently looking variably cloudy with a chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm each day as the approaching cold front may stall over our area, becoming a stationary front. Highs will be in the mid to upper 80’s Saturday, the mid 80’s to low 90’s Sunday and Monday, then gradually falling to the 80’s next Tuesday and the upper 70’s to mid 80’s next Wednesday.
Next Thursday, August 11th, through next Sunday, August 14th, are currently looking nice with highs in the upper 70’s to mid 80’s.
