Wednesday, November 9, 2022 - Daily Weather Discussion

 

Tropical Storm Nicole is strengthening and should become a hurricane soon, making landfall on Central Florida, then the remnants will turn north, reaching our area Friday, and then it will be much colder with a chance for rain or snow Tuesday night into Wednesday morning…


Nicole has strengthened into a Tropical Storm and will continue to strengthen, likely reaching Hurricane strength later today before making landfall tomorrow along the Central Florida East Coast. The remnants of Nicole will then turn northward, reaching our area Friday.

Today and tomorrow will be mostly sunny but it will be quite cool today with highs only in the low to mid 50’s, rising to the low to mid 60’s tomorrow.


Friday, rain will develop in the morning and early afternoon from south to north as the remnants of Tropical Storm Nicole approach our area from the south. Highs will be in the 60’s.


Saturday, the rain will end in the morning and early afternoon from southwest to northeast as the remnants of Nicole and a cold front pass through our area. Highs will be in the 60’s.


Sunday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a sprinkle or flurry in the morning as a weak disturbance passes southeast of our area. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to low 50’s.


Monday will then be mostly sunny with highs only in the low to mid 40’s.


Tuesday, clouds will increase with a chance of rain or snow developing at night as a disturbance approaches our area from the Southeastern United States. Highs will be in the 40’s.


Next Wednesday, November 16th, there will be a chance of rain or snow ending in the morning and early afternoon from southwest to northeast as the disturbance departs our area. Highs will be in the 40’s to low 50’s.


Next Thursday, November 17th, through next Tuesday, November 22nd, are currently looking nice with highs in the 40’s next Thursday, the upper 30’s to mid 40’s next Friday through Sunday, the 40’s next Monday, and the mid 40’s to low 50’s next Tuesday.
