TODAY – variably cloudy, chance of a sprinkle or flurry, highs in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s

 

TOMORROW – mostly sunny, lows in the upper 20’s to mid 30’s, highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s

 

SUNDAY – rain developing in the late afternoon and early evening Central and Northeastern NJ, NYC, far Southeastern NY State, Long Island, and in Fairfield County, CT, with a mixture of rain and snow possible in West Central and Northeastern NJ, changing to rain, and snow developing in East Central and Northeastern PA in the early to middle afternoon, and the rest of Southeastern NY State late in the afternoon and in the early evening, gradually changing to rain, except possibly in far Northwestern sections of Northeastern PA, lows in the mid 20’s to low 30’s, highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s

 

MONDAY – rain changing back to snow in the morning in Northeastern PA, Northwestern NJ, and in Southeastern NY State, and rain elsewhere, ending in the afternoon and early evening from west to east, lows in the 30’s to low 40’s, highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s

 

Total possible snowfall accumulation:

 

Trace to a coating possible:  West Central and Northeastern NJ, Rockland and Westchester Counties in NY State and in Northern Fairfield County, CT

 

Coating to 2 inches possible:  East Central PA, Northwestern NJ, Orange and Putnam Counties in NY State, and Northern Fairfield County, CT

 

2-6 inches possible:  Northeastern PA

 

TUESDAY – mostly sunny, lows in the mid 20’s to low 30’s, highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s

 

WEDNESDAY – snow developing in the morning, possibly mixing with or changing to rain south of about Rt 78 in West Central NJ, and Southeast of roughly Rt. 278 in Northeastern NJ, with snow changing to or mixing with rain in NYC and on Long Island, ending in the evening and at night, lows in the mid 20’s to mid 30’s, highs from the low to mid 30’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 40’s in East Central NJ

 

Total possible snowfall accumulation:

 

Coating to 2 inches possible:  Central NJ south of roughly Rt. 78 and far Southeastern sections of Northeastern NJ, NYC, and on Long Island

 

2-5 inches possible:  East Central PA, the rest of Northern NJ, Southeastern NY State, and Fairfield County, CT

 

4-8 inches possible:  Northeastern PA

 

THURSDAY – variably cloudy, lows in the mid 20’s , highs in the 30’s

 

NEXT FRIDAY – mostly sunny, lows in the mid teens to mid 20’s, highs in the mid 20’s to mid 30’s

 

NEXT SATURDAY – mostly sunny, lows in the mid teens to mid 20’s, highs in the 30’s to low 40’s

 

NEXT SUNDAY – variably cloudy, lows in the 20’s to low 30’s, highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s

 

NEXT MONDAY – variably cloudy, lows in the mid 20’s to mid 30’s, highs in the 30’s to low 40’s
