WEDNESDAY – snow developing in the morning, gradually changing to rain from near the coast and on Eastern Long island in the late morning and early afternoon to far northwestern sections in the evening, before ending at night, lows from around 20 in Northeastern PA to around 30’s near the coast and on Long Island, highs from the low 30’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 40’s in East Central NJ
