1-3 inches possible:  East Central PA, Northwestern NJ, Orange, Rockland, and Putnam Counties in NY State

2-4 inches possible:  Northeastern PA

TOMORROW – rain ending early in the morning, then clearing, lows in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s, highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s
