Wednesday, April 5, 2023 - Weather Discussion

Slight chance of an afternoon or evening shower or sprinkle today and then afternoon or evening showers or thunderstorms likely tomorrow and some of the storms could be severe…

Today there will be a huge variation in temperatures from east to west throughout our area, ranging from the upper 40’s to low 50’s in Fairfield County, CT and on Eastern Long Island, to the mid 60’s in East Central PA and West Central NJ

Tomorrow it will very warm with highs in the 70’s to low 80’s, except the 60’s on Long Island. Afternoon or early evening showers or thunderstorms will however be likely as a cold front approaches from the west and then passes through our area. Some of the storms could be severe.

Friday through the following weekend are then looking nice with highs cooling to the 50’s Friday and the mid 40’s to low 50’s Saturday, and then gradually rising to the low to mid 50’s Sunday, the mid 50’s to low 60’s Monday, the 60’s Tuesday, and mainly the mid 60’s to mid 70’s Wednesday through next Tuesday.
