Rain tomorrow into Saturday, windy Sunday morning, and cooler Sunday through Tuesday, especially Monday and Tuesday morning...
Today will be nice and then rain will develop tomorrow morning as a disturbance starts to develop along the Middle Atlantic Coast. Highs will be in the low to mid 60’s.
Saturday, the rain will be ending in the morning and early afternoon, except the rain may linger into the evening in Southeastern NY State and in Fairfield County, CT, as the disturbance move out of our area. Highs will be in the upper 50’s to mid 60’s.
Sunday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a sprinkle or shower and it will be windy in the morning with gusts up to 40 mph as the disturbance pulls away from our area. Highs will range from the upper 40’s in Northeastern PA to the upper 50’s in East Central NJ.
It currently appears as if we may then have an extended period of nice weather Monday through the following Wednesday, November 1st, with just a slight chance of a shower in the afternoon or evening next Friday, October 27th. It will start out cold with lows reaching the mid 30’s in parts of our area Monday and Tuesday and highs in the 50’s Monday, rising to the upper 50’s to low 60’s Tuesday, rising to the mid to upper 60’s Wednesday and the 60’s Thursday and Friday, then gradually dropping behind a cold front that will pass through our area Friday night, to the upper 50’s to mid 60’s next Saturday, the mid 50’s to low 60’s next Sunday and Monday, and the 50’s next Tuesday.
