Snow late tonight into tomorrow morning, significant amounts in parts of our area, then watching next Friday…
A disturbance will pass just south of our area tonight. This will bring accumulating to snow to our entire area. The snow will start around or just after midnight, ending tomorrow morning between around 5am and 7am.
Total possible snowfall accumulation:
1-3 inches: far Northeastern PA, Southeastern NY State, Fairfield County CT, Coastal Southeastern NJ
2-3 inches: Long Island
2-4 inches: the rest of Northeastern PA, Northern NJ, the rest of Southern NJ, NYC
3-5 inches: East Central PA, possibly into West Central, NJ

Things will then clear tomorrow morning, followed by nice weather and warming temperatures through Thursday.
Next Friday we will then have to watch a disturbance that will be approaching from the west very clearly. This disturbance has the potential to develop into a strong Nor’easter, however it is still much too far away to determine how exactly this storm will develop, if it does, or the exact track it will make, which will determine whether this is rain or snow.
It should then be nice next Saturday through Monday, followed by warming temperatures and chance of rain and showers next Tuesday through Thursday.
