Things looking a bit better in our area with the remnants of Beryl…
The model data is indicating that the remnants of Beryl will pass further north of our area than the data showed yesterday. If this holds it will mean less concern for heavy rainfall and flooding in our area.
Other than that, we will have a chance for showers or thunderstorms pretty much every day and it will remain hot and humid through the next 10 days or so. The best chances for rain right now would be Wednesday with the remnants of Beryl passing to our north and again Friday as a disturbance may approach the coast of the Southeastern United States.
Things may cool down a bit in about 10-12 days or so.
