Chance of a shower or thunderstorm early this morning, then watching Milton…
All the news this week revolves around Hurricane Milton in the Gulf of Mexico. Unfortunately, Milton may very well develop into a major hurricane as it approaches the West Coast of Florida, making landfall Wednesday. Storm surge will likely be horrendous to the south of where the storm makes landfall. It currently appears as if the eye will make landfall near Tampa Bay, which would mean that Sarasota is in big trouble.

As for our area, there will be a chance of a shower or thunderstorm early this morning, then things will clear out as a cold front passes through our area. Highs will range from the low to mid 60’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 70’s along the NJ Coast.
Tomorrow through Sunday will then be nice with highs dropping from the 60’s tomorrow, to the upper 50’s to mid 60’s Wednesday, and the mid 50’s to mid 60’s Thursday, then gradually rising to the low to mdi 60’s Friday and the mid 60’s to mid 70’s Saturday.
Sunday through next Wednesday, October 16th, is currently looking variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower each day. Highs will be in the 60’s Sunday, the mid 50’s to mid 60’s next Monday, the mid 50’s to low 60’s next Tuesday, and the upper 50’s to mid 60’s next Wednesday.
