A Nor’easter is forming today off the NJ Coast and will stall over our area tomorrow, wrapping cold air around it into our area and causing the rain to mix with and change to snow tonight into tomorrow in Eastern PA, West Central and Northern NJ, Southeastern NY State and Fairfield County, CT, ending late tomorrow.
More than a foot of snow is possible in parts of Northeastern PA, and up to a foot of snow is possible in the higher elevations of Northwestern NJ and Orange and Western Rockland Counties in NY State.

After that, it is looking as if some rain and possibly a bit of snow will develop Thanksgiving Day, changing to rain. It will then get cold the following week.
