Rain and possibly even snow for parts of our area on the way…
Two strong disturbances are approaching from the west and will develop into a Nor’easter late Wednesday night and Thursday, stalling over our area into Friday. This will bring rain to our area late Wednesday night into Friday, likely changing to snow during the day on Thursday in Northeastern and East Central PA, and at night into Central and Northern NJ. There will even be the potential for significant snowfall in Northeastern PA, and possibly into parts of East Central PA and Central and Northern NJ, as cold air raps around the back side of the low-pressure area as it stalls over Southeastern NY State late Thursday into Friday.
Highs will drop from the mid to upper 50’s today, to the mid 50’s to low 60’s Tomorrow, the 40’s Thursday, and the mid 30’s to mid 40’s Friday.
Saturday through next Wednesday, November 27th, will then be nice with highs gradually rising from the 40’s to low 50’s Saturday, to the mid 40’s to low 50’s Sunday, the upper 40’s to mid 50’s Monday, and the 50’s next Tuesday, then dropping to the mid 40’s to mid 50’s as a disturbance approaches from the west.
Thanksgiving into next Friday morning, November 29th, there will be a chance of showers as a disturbance passes south of our area. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s Thanksgiving, and the mid 40’s to low 50’s next Friday.
Next Saturday, November 30th, through next Monday, December 2nd, are currently looking nice with highs in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s next Saturday, the mid 30’s to mid 40’s next Sunday and Monday.
