Friday, December 13, 2024 - Weather Discussion

 

The unsettled weather will continue…


It will be nice but cold today and tomorrow with highs only in the upper 20’s to mid 30’s today, rising to the low to mid 30’s tomorrow.


Sunday, clouds will increase with rain or snow developing at night. Some light snowfall accumulations will be possible in East Central and especially northeastern PA, Northwestern NJ, and in Orange County, NY, then changing to rain. Highs will be in the 30’s to low 40’s.


Monday into Tuesday morning there will be a chance of rain, especially Monday night. Highs will be in the upper 30’s and 40’s Monday and the upper 40’s and 50’s Tuesday.


Wednesday there will be a chance of rain developing in the afternoon or evening. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to low 40’s.


Thursday there will be a chance of rain  and possibly some snow developing in the evening. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to low 40’s.


Next Friday, December 20th, there will be a chance of rain, possibly changing to snow at night before ending in northwestern sections. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.


Next Saturday, December 21st, through Christmas Eve it will be nice with highs in the upper 20’s to mdi 30’s next Saturday, the 20’s to low 30’s next Sunday, the mid 20’s to mid 30’s next Monday, and the mid 30’s to low 40’s Christmas Eve.


Christmas Day and next Thursday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a rain or snow shower. Highs will be in the mid 20’s to mid 30’s Christmas Day and the mid 30’s to mid 40’s next Thursday.
