Unsettled over the next two weeks...
It will be quite unsettled over the next two weeks, with a chance for a mixture of snow, sleet, freezing rain, and rain Thursday and Saturday into Sunday morning. There will then be a chance for significant snow Tuesday night into Wednesday, and then a chance for rain next Saturday, February 15th, and rain or snow next Sunday, February 16th into the morning of next Monday, February 17th.
