Severe storms possible today, mainly this morning, then record-breaking heat, with highs reaching the mid 100’s in parts of our area….

There will be some severe thunderstorms in parts of our area today, mainly this morning and early afternoon as a disturbance rides along a front near our area. Highs today will be in the mid 80’s to mid 90’s.

Tomorrow and Tuesday will be mostly sunny and very hot, with highs reaching the low 100’s in parts of our area tomorrow and the mid 100’s Tuesday.

Wednesday will then be variably cloudy with a slight chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the 90’s to low 100’s.

Thursday and Friday there will be a chance of a shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the mid 80’s to mid 90’s Thursday, dropping to the mid 70’s to mid 80’s Friday.

Saturday there will be a chance of shower or thunderstorm, especially in the afternoon. Highs will be in the mid 70’s to mid 80’s.

Next Sunday, June 29th and next Monday, June 30th will be variably cloudy with a chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the upper 70’s to mid 80’s next Sunday, and the 80’s next Monday.

Next Tuesday, July 1st there will be a chance of showers  or thunderstorms as a cold front passes through our area. Highs will be int eh 80’s.

Next Wednesday, July 2nd, there will be a chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm., Highs will be in the upper 70’s to mid 80’s.

Next Thursday, July 3rd, and Independence Day are currently looking nice with highs in the upper 70’s to mid 80’s next Thursday and the 80’s Independence Day.

Next Saturday, July 5th will be variably cloudy with a chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the upper 70’s to mid 80’s.
