Severe thunderstorms likely in pats of our area tomorrow and then record-breaking high temperatures possible Tuesday…
Showers will be likely and possibly a thunderstorm during the day today, ending in the evening. Highs will be in the mid 70’s to mid 80’s.
Tomorrow there will be a chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm as a cold front passes through our area. Some of the storms are likely to be quite severe. Highs will be in the upper 70’s and 80’s.
Friday and Saturday will then be nice with highs in the mid 70’s to mid 80’s Friday and the 80’s Saturday.
Sunday, there will be a chance of a shower or thunderstorm in the morning in Southeastern NY State, Fairfield County, CT, and on Long Island as a disturbance passes north of our area. Highs will be in the mid 80’s to mid 90’s.
Monday and Tuesday will then be mostly sunny and HOT with highs rising to the upper 80’s and 90’s Monday and the 90’s to low 100’s Tuesday.
Next Wednesday, June 25th, will be variably cloudy with a chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the upper 80’s and 90’s.
Next Thursday, June 26th will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the mid 80’s to mid 90’s.
Next Friday, June 27th and next Saturday, June 28th, there will be a chance for some showers or thunderstorms, especially next Friday. Highs will be in the mid 80’s to low 90’s next Friday and the upper 70’s and 80’s next Saturday.
Next Sunday, June 29th, is currently looking dry with highs in the upper 70’s to mid 80’s.
Next Monday, June 30th, and next Tuesday, July 1st, there will be a chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the upper 70’s to mid 80’s.
