Some snow likely Saturday night into early Sunday, then COLD, then warmer…

There will be a chance for some snow Saturday night into early Sunday as a disturbance passes through our area. Generally it looks like 1-3 inches of accumulation throughout our area, with the higher amounts looking to be in Southern NJ and on Eastern Long Island.

Thursday clouds will increase with a chance of showers at night and it will be warmer, with highs int e mid 40’s to low 50s as warm air surges northward in from of the cold front.

Next Friday through Christmas Eve is currently looking nice with highs gradually warming from the upper 20’s and 30’s next Friday, to the mid 30’s to low 40’s by Christmas Eve.

Christmas Day there will be a chance of a shower with highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.
