Moving forward, the stationary front over our area will move northward, allowing warm air into our area tomorrow night into Mondy as a disturbance passes through our area, followed by a strong cold front. This will cause rain to develop tomorrow evening, ending Monday morning. There could be some ice in Northeastern PA, and possibly into parts of Northern NJ, Southeastern NY state, and Fairfield County, CT. It will also become windy Monday behind the front.
It will then get cold with a chance of a flurry or snow showers New Year’s Eve, and especially New Year’s Day as a weak disturbance passes through our area.
There will be a chance of a snow shower or flurry next weekend, and then a chance of snow next Monday into Tuesday morning as a disturbance may pass through our area.
There will then be a chance of a snow shower or flurry next Wednesday, and then a chance for more snow developing next Thursday night, January 8th, into the morning of next Friday as another disturbance may pass through our area.
