There will be a chance for afternoon or evening showers or thunderstorms through Friday as the air becomes increasingly unstable ahead of an approaching cold front, with warm air surging northward into our area of the front. Highs will be in the 80’s today, but cooler on the Long Island, then the mid 80’s to mid 90’s tomorrow and Friday.
Saturday will be mostly sunny with highs in the 80’s to low 90-‘s.
Sunday will be variably cloudy with a chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm as a cold front approaches from the west. Some of the storms could be severe. Highs will be in the mid 80s to low 90’s.
Monday there will be a chance of showers or thunderstorms at night as a cold front approaches from the west. Highs will be in the 70’s to low 80’s.
Tuesday there will be a chance of showers or thunderstorms with highs in the upper 60’s to mdi 70’s.
Next Wednesday, June 17th through next Saturday, June 20th is currently looking nice with highs gradually rising from the 70’s next Wednesday to the mid 70’s to low 80’s next Thursday, the upper 70’s to mid 80’s next Friday, and the 80’s to mid 90’s next Saturday.
Next Sunday, June 21st will be variably cloudy with a chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm as a cold front passes through our area. Highs will be in the 80’s.
Next Monday, June 22nd and next Tuesday, June 23rd will be nice with highs in the mid 70’s to mid 80’s.
