Snow ending this morning with total accumulations of 3-6 inches in most of our area…


The snow will end early this morning with 3-6 in most of our area and then it will be cold the rest of today through Tuesday with temperatures dropping to the mid teens to mid 20’s in most places today, the low to mid 20’s tomorrow and the mid to upper 20’s Tuesday.


Wednesday will be warmer with highs in the upper 30’s to low 40’s.


Thursday, clouds will increase with rain developing at night as a cold front approaches from the west. Highs will be in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s.


Friday the rain will end early in the morning, followed by clearing as the cold front passes through our area. Highs will be int eh mid 40’s to mid 50’s early in the morning, then dropping.


Saturday through next Tuesday, December 23, will be nice with highs in the 30’s Saturday, the upper 30’s to mid 40’s next Sunday, and the mid 30’s to low 40’s next Monday and Tuesday.


Christmas Eve and Christmas Day there will be a chance of a shower with highs int eh 30’s Christmas Eve and the mid 30’s to mid 40’s Christmas Day.


Next Friday, December 26th will be variably cloudy with highs int eh mid 30’s to mid 40’s.


Next Saturday, December 27th will be variably cloudy with a chance of a rain or snow shower. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to low 40’s.

WEDNESDAY – mostly sunny, lows in the 20’s, highs in the upper 30’s to low 40’s

 

THURSDAY – increasing cloudiness, rain developing at night, lows in the 20’s, highs in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s

 

FRIDAY – rain ending early in the morning, then clearing, lows in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s, with some upper 40’s to low 50’s on Eastern Long Island, highs in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s early in the morning, then dropping
