Short-Range American Model - Thursday Possibilities
Looks much, much more like the European model. It only goes out to 7pm on Wednesday, but it would bring the cold front through Wednesday afternoon, with colder air filtering in to our region, then the precipitation may start shortly thereafter, likely starting as rain, but if the precipitation continues into the night it would likely change to snow. It is interesting though how much more it looks like the European model and it is the first of the computer models to have the latest data for the afternoon runs. It looks much, much different from its previous run only 6 hours ago when it showed nothing even remotely like this. So, who knows, stay tuned. I will let you know more as the medium-range models start coming in, in about an hour.
