Snow Lovers - This Evening's Runs of the Models Get Closer

Snow lovers, this evening's runs of the models get you one step closer to a snowstorm on Thursday. The American model now has ALL snow in Northwest NJ, and mostly snow in the rest of Northern NJ, with as much as a few inches of accumulation. The control run of this afternoon's European model also just came out and shows ALL snow for everyone in our area, including New York City itself, with around 3 inches of accumulation in Northern New Jersey, and as much as 6 inches in New York City. The snow should start early on Thursday morning and end on Thursday afternoon. That is, if these models are correct. Only time will tell, but that is the way it looks right now. And, oh yes it also shows the possibility of a snowstorm developing next weekend as well, but that is a long way off and many things could change. Stay tuned.
