Afternoon European Model Update

The European model has removed the snow threat and now has the Nor'easter drawing warm air in off the ocean and making this mainly rain.  It could start as snow in all of Northern New Jersey but it should rather quickly change to rain, ending on Thursday.  Next post on this storm potential will be tomorrow morning.
