CHRISTMAS EVE – increasing cloudiness with snow developing
around 7pm, high in the mid to upper 30’s
CHRISTMAS DAY – snow ending around 4am with a dusting to 1
or 2 inches of accumulation possible, then variably cloudy during the day, low
in the upper 20’s to low 30’s, high in the low to mid 40’s
WEDNESDAY – cloudy in the morning, snow developing around
3pm, and becoming heavy at times, prior to mixing with or changing to sleet,
freezing rain, or rain, in the evening, also becoming quite windy with gusts to
40mph possible. Prior to the mix or
changeover 1-3 inches may accumulate from roughly east of Rt. 287 and south of
Rt. 80, and 3-6 inches roughly west of Rt. 287 and north of Rt. 80. The snow,
sleet, freezing rain, and or rain will continue through the night, heavy at
times and areas that receive rain will likely have some flooding, winds will
gust to 40mph through the night, low in the mid to upper 20’s, high in the low
to mid 30’s
THURSDAY – precipitation becoming light and scattered early
in the morning and continuing on and off through the day, a light dusting of
snow or glazing of ice is possible in some locations, low in the low to mid 30’s,
high in the mid to upper 30’s
FRIDAY – variably cloudy, low in the upper teens to low 20’s,
high in the low to mid 30’s
SATURDAY – cloudy in the morning, snow developing around 1pm
and becoming heavy at times and continuing through the night, low in the upper
teens to low 20’s, high in the upper 20’s to low 30’s
SUNDAY – snow ending around 2 or 3am, with 6-12 inches of
accumulation possible, then variably cloudy during the day with a chance of a
snow shower, low in the mid to upper 20’s, high in the low to mid 30’s
NEW YEAR’S EVE – mostly sunny, low in the upper teens to low
20’s, high in the mid to upper 20’s
NEW YEAR’S DAY – mostly sunny, low in the low to mid teens,
high in the low to mid 20’s
NEXT WEDNESDAY – mostly sunny, low in the low to mid single
digits, high in the low to mid 20’s
