Short-Range American Model Update

The short-range American model moved eastward with the heaviest precipitation, but still maintains 1-2 feet of snow throughout Northern New Jersey with the lowest amounts in the western sections along the Delaware River and the highest amounts in eastern sections along the Hudson River.
