Quick Update

It has been raining all day just to our south and west but for some reason a hole developed in the precipitation over our area.  It has actually been pouring to our west over the Poconos all day and that was completely unexpected, just as unexpected as the lack of rain over us.  It just shows you that sometimes you just can't predict this stuff.  It now looks as if the heaviest rain will remain just to our south and mainly over Southern New Jersey, where they have already experienced some flooding rains with this storm.  We will still see rain and it may get heavy for a time tonight, but it now looks as if there will not be any problems with flooding in most of our area, especially areas to the north.
