Tuesday, October 22nd, 2013 - Evening Weather Discussion

No significant changes to the forecast for tonight.  Everything remains largely on track from this morning so I will leave the forecast as is from this morning.  Those hoping for a nice Halloween, we will have to continue to watch for the possibility of rain.  In the mean time a Nor'easter will develop well off shore tomorrow bringing us cloudy weather and a chance of a shower, with the chance of rain or snow showers from Wednesday night through Sunday morning.  It will also be cold with lows dropping to the low to mid 30's for Thursday and Friday Morning and the upper 20's to low 30's for Saturday morning.
