European Model Update

The European model held firm again, so we will likely see the precipitation start as a mixture of rain, freezing rain, sleet,  and snow, changing to rain, heavy at times overnight on Tuesday, then possibly back to snow briefly before becoming to an end on Wednesday afternoon or night.  There could be light accumulations at the beginning and of the storm but the track should bring the storm right over us, allowing temperatures to rise to above freezing.
