Early Morning European Model Update

The early morning run of the European model continues to insist on a significant snow and sleet event tonight with projected accumulations of 1-4 inches from southeast to northwest across Northern New Jersey.  However, I am guessing that at least half of what it is seeing as snow is really sleet, so I would cut these accumulations back to a dusting to 2 inches from southeast to northwest.  Then for Sunday night into Monday it has now backed off on this event quite a bit with projected snowfall of a dusting to 2 inches from southeast to northwest prior to the changeover to freezing rain and then rain.  It then brings us another dusting to an inch of snow on Tuesday morning.   Then it dries out but gets very cold for Tuesday night through Friday.  Then we would have to watch for the possibility of more rain or snow from Saturday night through the following Tuesday.
