Latest Medium-Range American Model Hot Off the Press
It still has about 4.0-4.5 inches for all of Northern New Jersey. It is holding steady. I am really starting to think that the European model is correct in placement but too low in amounts. In fact, any thought that the storm might miss with the higher amounts to the south and east has pretty much gone with this model run as it even trended just a touch to the north and west, putting even Northwest New Jersey in the 4 inch amounts and in fact putting all of Northern New Jersey in the heaviest band. Is it right though? Start time still remains roughly 5:30-6:00 in western sections and 6:00-6:30 in eastern sections. End time remains about 1:30-2:00 in western sections and about 1:30-2:00 in eastern sections.
