FRIDAY – showers likely, changing to snow between 10 pm and 2 am from Northwest to Southeast across Northern New Jersey, pre-dawn highs in the mid to upper 50’s, dropping to the low to mid 40’s by afternoon

SATURDAY – snow ending around 4 or 5 am then mostly sunny, possible total accumulations of a dusting to 2 inches across southeastern sections of Northern New Jersey, 1-3 inches across central portions of Northern New Jersey and 2-6 inches across Northwestern sections of Northern New Jersey, low in the upper 20’s to low 30’s, high in the mid to upper 30’s

SUNDAY – increasing cloudiness, light snow developing around 6 pm, then changing to sleet and freezing rain, low in the low to mid 20’s, high in the low to mid 30’s

MONDAY – sleet and freezing rain changing to rain between 2 am and 4 am from south to north, a significant accumulation of snow and ice is possible prior to the changeover, then showers the rest of the day, low in the upper 20’s to low 30’s, high in the upper 30’s to low 40’s

TUESDAY – rain changing to snow showers early in the morning, light accumulations of snow are possible, ending before sunrise, then mostly sunny, early morning high in the mid to upper 30’s, dropping to the low to mid 30’s by afternoon

NEXT WEDNESDAY – mostly sunny, low in the upper single digits to low teens, high in the mid to upper 20’s

NEXT THURSDAY –increasing cloudiness in the morning, chance of snow developing in the afternoon and continuing through the night, low in the low to mid teens, high in the mid to upper 20’s
